On the morning of December 18, 2020, the Sixth Board of Supervisors of Shanghai Soong Ching Ling Foundation was established and held its first meeting. The newly established board of supervisors is composed of Mr. Miao Xiaobao, Mr. Jiang Linqi and Mr. Ren Yibiao. Mr. Miao Xiaobao was elected as the chairman of the Board of Supervisors at the meeting, while “the Regulation of the Board of Supervisors of Shanghai Soong Ching Ling Foundation” was reviewed and approved.

Mr. Miao Xiaobao, chairman of the Sixth Board of Supervisors of the Shanghai Soong Ching Ling Foundation, said that the Board of Supervisors would earnestly perform its duties to ensure that the foundation conducted activities in accordance with the law and the charter, and that the use of foundation’s funds was legal and compliant.
